Senior HR recruiters work to improve productivity and reduce turnover, and can help save countless hours for organizations by identifying and attracting top-performing professionals to fill job openings.  As a senior human resource executive you will be the leader of recruitment team for hiring the better and brightest talent, And you will also have to lead  the offer letter generation team and onboarding of the hiring  candidates

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage pulling resumes off of Jobvite and screen each resume.
  • Lead process development effort to centralize sourcing information and improve efficiency for one of the largest RPO clients.
  • Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations, including OFCCP compliance.
  • Manage company s Facebook page by updating it daily with upcoming clinical trials and responding to inquiries from potential panelists.
  • Recruit a team of QA experts to do framework lead solution as a testing bed foundation for quarterly regression testing.
  • Manage compensation packages using payroll software.
  • Help build a pipeline of Java and QA resources for contract needs.
  • Cloud senior project managers and technical teams.
  • Track all applicants and applicant activity in TALEO.
  • Demonstrate to companies how a CRM package can have a vital impact on company efficiency.
  • Fill requisitions for Boeing, Facebook, Google, Starbucks, and other high-value clients.
  • Recruit technical candidates in the areas of cloud computing, storage, networking, vitalization and security.
  • Focuse on software developers and engineers, web developers, QA, project managers, network administrators.
  • Partner with Sr managers to develop staffing strategy for current and future needs including pipelines for future business needs.
  • Train consultants on interviewing techniques, including behavioral interviewing techniques, and ensure compliance with the company’s and EEO guidelines.
  • Fill positions that include Java programmers, project managers, oracle database administrators, storage and network engineers, among others.
  • Develop application standards for company CRM.
  • Manage and supervise work of recruiting coordinators as appropriate.
  • Work closely with Sr. Management regarding strategic headcount issues/ planning activities.
  • Re-Engineer of the vendor management process to include 3rd party minority resource and college campus recruitment to enhance company diversity.
  • Develop employment strategies (including diversity initiatives) and recruitment materials to attract and retain highly qualify candidates for employment opportunities.
  • Maintain company’s applicant tracking database (Jobvite) with accurate and complete information of all candidates recruited/hire.
  • Conduct interviews and assist managers with candidate selection via the internet and other various networking functions.
  • Direct sourcing passive/active candidates utilizing advance Internet, custom databases, referrals and diverse recruitment techniques.
  • Specialize in the recruitment of management positions supporting senior services, healthcare and corporate dining divisions
