Job Description:

• Linux L2/L3 administration skills
• Linux installation, setup, runtime operational support, troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting, Problem solving
• Managing disks, File system
• Package, Patch management (installation, remove, verify)
• Log file verification
• User, group management
• Disk mirroring knowledge, Raid
• Event Management (analyse alerts and logs)
• Handle incident (Create, update and maintain Knowledge base articles)
• Manage Service Delivery (execute direct orders, respond to standard requests)
• Perform High Availability / Disaster Recovery setup including Active-Passive Cluster,
• Fail-over, I/O fencing
• Backup & Recovery (server backup & recovery)
• Other miscellaneous activities (stop, start, managing alerts/logs, license management, hardening, third party s/w installation & configuration )
• Provide Support to L1 & L2 team in creating RCAs & resolving issues & in completing daily assigned activities including the training.
